From Stuck to Unstuck: Change Your Perspective, Get Results

Monday, October 13, 2014.  Santa Monica, CA  3:15-4:15 p.m.

with Janis Bowersox

Has the excitement of opening/running your business worn off? Do you dread certain responsibilities as a business owner? If you find that your attitude is getting in your way, this session will help you shift your current perspective to allow you to give more energy and motivation to your business.

Many yoga teachers and studio owners find themselves working hard but falling short of their goals. Are your classes are too small? Expenses exceed your income? Are your gifts reaching the intended people who would benefit from them? Are you finding it difficult to motivate yourself to do the things you know will help your business? In this workshop, I will introduce you to a technique to help you move from stuck to unstuck. We will name the current perspective that is holding you back from realizing your dreams. In a playful exercise, you will be learn how to create a different perspective that will give you new energy and enthusiasm to move forward in your goals. Sometimes all we need is a different point-of-view. Come prepared to release beliefs that no longer serve you.
